💌Strictly NO cancellation and NO refunds especially if you already paid on your item and once the orders are processed.

💌Strictly NO rush order and shipping. Please have a patience and don’t rush the process

💌PAYO prio but I usually give 1 week dop.

💌Can do bulk orders but please expect 2-3 weeks to finish.

💌Pictures/Layout will be send to our e-mail address or send in g-drive link. Just make sure please upload PNG/PDF/PSD/SVG/Al Format but it should be the highest resolution possible.

💌Actual color may vary. Due to the differences in how they appear on the monitor and what is printed. If the color is obviously different, we will treat them as initial defects. Also, the printer used may vary based on the number of orders. We use a environmentally friendly printer.

💌Our acrylic photocard holder, acrylic standee, acrylic keychain, tote bags, and button pins are available for pre-order only.

💌Orders for hand banner, photocard, polaroid, film strip and thank you cards will be manually cutted using manual paper cutter.

💌 After placing an order and receiving an order confirmation, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required or you can pay as you order (preferred for uv printing services). Remaining balance can be paid before shipping.

💌Please make sure be responsive. If any changes are required to your design, we will have to discuss through DMs.

💌The seller will not liable in any loss, delays or damages during the delivery of your items.
